Peppermint extract and avocado oil provide hydration and a refreshing sensation. Wear the sheet pouches on cleansed and dried feet for a minimum of 30 minutes. Remove and rinse.

How to use:
- Wash your feet cleanly and dry them.
- Divide foot sheet into two pieces along the dot line, put your hand into non-woven fabric wetted with essence and wear it.
- After wearing foot sheet, please massage your feet for the essence to be absorbed
- After 15~20 minutes, remove foot sheet and tap remaing essence softly for absorption.
